What You’ll Run

As an Assistant Manager in Eagle, you’re the steady, friendly second-in-command who helps the store stay smooth, safe, and customer-ready—especially when the General Manager is off the clock. You’ll keep standards high and momentum strong so every shift feels organized and welcoming.

Key responsibilities:
- Support and lead the team on shift; help delegate and follow up on priorities
- Ensure fast, helpful customer service and a clean, inviting store
- Oversee register operations, cash handling, and basic cash accounting
- Complete daily bookwork, paperwork, and accuracy checks
- Receive deliveries, post invoices, and help keep inventory on track

Required skills/qualifications:
- Leadership and dependability on varied shifts
- Strong customer service instincts
- Solid math skills and comfort with numbers

You’ll kick off by getting a quick read on the store—what’s humming, what needs a tune-up, and where you can jump in to help. You’ll spend time at the counter chatting with customers, answering questions, and keeping the pace upbeat.

Between rushes, you’ll do walk-throughs inside and out to keep things looking sharp, then check that shelves feel full, neat, and easy to shop. You’ll also carve out time for the “numbers and notes” side of the day—balancing totals, finishing required daily paperwork, and making sure deliveries and invoices are squared away.

As the shift rolls on, you’ll keep the team moving in the same direction and set the next shift up for an easy handoff. The Good Stuff
