This is a great opportunity to work alongside a collaborative team of personal injury professionals in a fast-paced, high-accountability environment where your work directly impacts our clients' lives.As a Case Manager, you'll be a key point of contact for clients throughout their case, helping move files forward efficiently and compassionately from intake through resolution. This position offers competitive hourly pay starting at $20–$25/hr, plus a strong benefits package including Medical, Dental, Vision, and 401(k). WHAT DOES A CASE MANAGER DO As a Case Manager, you will play a critical role in managing the day-to-day progression of personal injury cases. You will serve as the primary liaison between clients, medical providers, insurance companies, and attorneys to ensure cases move forward efficiently and accurately. Managing a caseload of personal injury matters from pre-litigation through resolution Maintaining consistent communication with clients regarding treatment, case status, and next steps Requesting and tracking medical records, bills, and supporting documentation Coordinating with attorneys, staff, and outside providers Updating and maintaining accurate case notes and tasks within the case management system Assisting with demands, settlement preparation, and case organization Your work will directly impact client experience and case outcomes WHAT MATTERS MOST To succeed as a Case Manager at Batta Fulkerson Law Group, you should bring: Strong communication and client-service skills Excellent organization and attention to detail The ability to manage deadlines and multiple cases simultaneously Comfort working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment Proficiency with case management software and general office technology A proactive, solution-oriented mindset Previous personal injury experience is a plus, but not required for the right candidate with strong transferable skills GET STARTED WITH OUR TEAM If you're organized, motivated, and ready to play an essential role in helping injured clients through a difficult time, we'd love to hear from you. #J-18808-Ljbffr
