Structural Design Technician (PDX)

Job Description We're hiring a Structural Designer (Portland, OR) to support 2D and 3D structural design for advanced manufacturing and semiconductor facilities. This is a great opportunity for an early-career designer to grow their skills in Revit while contributing to high-tech, fast-paced projects.

Pay: $37.60- $40.91 per hour DOE Key Responsibilities
- Develop 3D structural models using Revit or similar tools
- Produce structural drawings and documentation
- Ensure accuracy and compliance with project standards
- Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams
- Participate in BIM, QA/QC, and design coordination efforts
- Manage assigned work independently and meet deadlines
- High school diploma or equivalent
- CAD/Drafting coursework
- 2+ years of structural drafting/design experience
- 1+ year of Revit experience
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Associate degree in CAD or related field
- 3+ years of Revit experience
- Experience with Navisworks and Bluebeam
- Experience with steel and concrete structures
- Industrial or semiconductor facility experience
- Hybrid role (must live within 50 miles of Portland, OR)
- Minimum 2 days/week onsite
- Strong growth opportunity within design teams
