Qualifications:

• Current CTC Certification in Mild/Moderate Special Education
• Previous experience providing instruction in special education settings
• Strong communication skills for effective collaboration
• Passion for fostering a positive, inclusive classroom atmosphere
• Ability to adapt lessons to varied learning styles and abilities

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) in accordance with state and federal requirements
• Create engaging lesson plans and adapt instructional materials to meet students’ unique needs
• Monitor student progress and update documentation as required
• Foster a supportive learning environment where all students feel valued and included
• Collaborate with classroom staff, therapists, and families to promote integrated learning
• Participate in meetings, professional development, and school activities as needed
