G&S Remodeling is a design-build firm specializing in kitchen, bathroom, and whole-home renovations throughout Plano and north Dallas. We're looking for an experienced Project Manager to take ownership of projects in the field and ensure they're delivered on time, on budget, and to our standards. What You'll Do Manage residential remodeling projects from pre-construction through completion Develop schedules and coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and inspections Serve as primary client contact - provide updates, manage expectations, resolve issues Conduct site visits; ensure safety, cleanliness, and quality Track budgets, labor, and change orders Collaborate with designers and the office team to ensure smooth execution What You Bring Required 3+ years of residential remodeling or construction PM experience Strong knowledge of construction methods, sequencing, and materials Ability to read drawings and specifications Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills Preferred Kitchen, bath, or whole-home remodel experience Design-build or JobTread experience Bilingual (English/Spanish) Compensation & Benefits Competitive salary based on experience Full-time, stable role with an award-winning design-build firm Collaborative team environment Growth opportunities Ready to Lead?
