Salary Range: $87,360 – $104,000 Annually
Employment Type: Full-Time
We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Unit Manager (RN/LPN) to join our skilled nursing and rehabilitation team. This is an excellent opportunity for a strong clinical leader who is passionate about providing exceptional resident care, supporting nursing staff, and maintaining high standards of quality and safety.
Key ResponsibilitiesOversee daily nursing operations and resident care on the assigned unit.
Provide leadership, guidance, and support to nursing staff.
Ensure compliance with federal, state, and facility regulations.
Monitor resident care plans, assessments, and documentation.
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure quality outcomes.
Assist with staff training, scheduling, and performance management.
Promote a positive, supportive, and resident-centered environment.
Current, active RN or LPN license.
Previous experience in skilled nursing or long-term care preferred.
Prior supervisory or leadership experience preferred.
Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Knowledge of nursing regulations and quality-of-care standards.
Ability to lead, motivate, and support a nursing team.
$87,360 – $104,000 annually , depending on experience and qualifications.
