SIMOS Solutions is hiring a Sr. Maintenance Specialist!Earn $23.13/hour working  Monday thru Friday, 6:00 AM to 2:00 PM . In this role, you'll lead maintenance operations, support safety initiatives, coordinate preventive maintenance, and troubleshoot equipment issues. Candidates should have leadership experience and strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems. Job Responsibilities

1 year maintenance supervising department experience -Minimum Qualifications Required

Leadership & Communication

• Lead and support the maintenance team while promoting safety, professionalism, and accountability.
• Ensure preventive maintenance, work orders, and inventory are managed and documented through FMX.
• Troubleshoot equipment issues, perform root cause analysis, and help reduce downtime.
• Maintain and improve mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems while supporting equipment installations and facility projects.
• Coordinate with production teams, contractors, and vendors to ensure efficient operations and continuous improvement.

• Ability to follow direction
• Ability to lift parts weighing up to 50 lbs. without powered equipment assistance
• Visual capacity to clearly recognize, read, and understand standard operating procedures, signs, part number labels, and instructions
• Ability to see/hear and distinguish sounds and signs that alert, instruct, or notify one of danger, such as warning signs, horns, alarms, speech, and vehicular/pedestrian traffic
• Ability to coordinate maneuvering of varied bilateral hand and foot controls at a rapid pace
• Ability to utilize personal protective equipment, which may include gloves, safety harnesses, and safety shoes
• Flexibility to work in either a hot or cold work environment

Associate Requirements

• HS Diploma or GED
• Background Check
• Able to Lift 50 pounds
• Drug Test
• Stand for Shift Duration
• Must be at least 18 years old

The hourly rate for this position is anticipated between $23.13 - $23.13 per hour. This range is a good-faith estimate, based on the shift you work and other considerations permitted by law.
