About the Role
We’re looking for a detail-driven, numbers-savvy Accounts Receivable Rep to own the invoicing and collections process. This role is critical to maintaining healthy cash flow and strong client relationships. If you’re organized, proactive, and not afraid to follow up on outstanding balances (politely but persistently), this could be a great fit.
What You’ll Do
- Monitor accounts to identify outstanding balances
- Manage collections process, including client follow-ups
- Apply payments and reconcile customer accounts
- Maintain accurate financial records and AR aging reports
- Partner with internal teams to improve billing efficiency
- Assist with admin support tasks and reporting as needed
- Data entry
- Analyze Spreadsheets
What You Bring
- 2+ years of accounts receivable, billing, or related accounting experience
- Strong understanding of basic accounting principles
- Experience with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, NetSuite, SAP, or similar ERP systems)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
Nice to Have
- Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Experience in Pharmacy Benefits and/or Healthcare
- Knowledge of credit and collections best practices
