Description Distribution & Assembly Associate — Bridgewater, MA Kelly Services is currently seeking a Set Building Operator/ Assembler at one of our Global clients in Bridgewater, MA. Title: Distribution & Assembly Associate Location: Bridgewater (02324) Pay: $24 hr; plus benefits and PTO Hours: M-F first shift Duration: Long term contract (minimum 1 year) Responsibilities: Perform inbound tasks as required per work instructions Perform systemic transactions in appropriate systems per work instruction Pick, pack and ship inventory as specific in work instruction for domestic and international requirements Trained team members will operate Powered Industrial Vehicles PIVs (train as needed) Maintain cleanliness and good housekeeping within the Distribution Center Provide services for inventory control team Use computer, data entry, tracking Provide assembly of Trauma Sets by placing smaller screws and instruments into trays based on a prescribed shadow board layout. Match parts to their corresponding type of tray, ensuring high precision and attention to detail. Perform quality checks on assembled trays to ensure that all components are correctly positioned and meet quality standards. Participate in training and be willing to adapt to various tasks or areas within the warehouse as needed Qualifications: Education: HS diploma / GED Experience: 1-3 years.
