Quality Assurance Analyst 2

Randstad Strategic Accounts is looking for a business professional with a knowledge and proficiency working in the banking industry. We have a role that we are looking to fill for a contract position with a top tier bank in the financial industry. salary: $30 - $33.13 per hour
shift: First
work hours: 8 AM - 5 PM
education: Bachelors

Responsibilities

• Participate in low to moderately complex initiatives and identify opportunity for process improvements within Quality Assurance
• Review and analyze basic or tactical Quality Assurance assignments or challenges that require research, evaluation, and selection of alternatives, related to low-to-medium risk deliverables
• Present recommendations for resolving low to moderately complex situations and exercise some independent judgment while developing understanding of function, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements
• Provide information to Client personnel in Quality Assurance
