Tryfacta is seeking an Administrative Assistant I for our client in Wisconsin 53818. This is a temporary contract assignment for 5 months. Position Title: Administrative Assistant I Location: Platteville Wisconsin 53818 Duration: 5 Months Work Schedule: Daily including Weekends (7am - 7pm) Pay rate: $15.00/hr

Summary: We are seeking reliable and compassionate individuals to support operations within an Isolation Housing Unit. This role is responsible for assisting residents during their stay by managing check-in and check-out procedures and coordinating meal delivery services. The ideal candidate is comfortable using technology, possesses strong communication skills, and can remain active throughout the workday.

Responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to:

• Conduct resident check-in and check-out processes accurately and professionally.
• Deliver meals to individuals staying in the isolation housing unit.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation using computers and phone-based systems.
• Provide courteous and respectful assistance to residents as needed.
• Follow all established safety, confidentiality, and operational procedures.
• Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors regarding resident needs and unit operations.

To be considered for this position, you should have:

• Comfortable using computers, smartphones, and other basic technology tools.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods throughout the shift.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Reliable, professional, and detail-oriented.
