Otolaryngologist (Part Time)

Physician Affiliate Group of New York (PAGNY) is adding an Otolaryngologist to the group at NYC Health + Hospitals/South Brooklyn Health. South Brooklyn Health is a redesigned health care campus featuring the new 11-floor Ruth Bader Ginsburg Hospital which provides emergency care, modern labor and delivery suites, and state-of-the-art surgical services. The new Health & Wellness Institute offers outpatient services from primary and preventive care, to specialty services for children and adults, all designed to keep our community healthy. Opportunity Details: Provide comprehensive Otolaryngology (ENT) care in both outpatient and inpatient settings. Participate in dedicated OR block time, including robotic surgical procedures. Conduct outpatient clinic sessions and manage continuity of care. Perform inpatient rounds and respond to emergency room consults, as needed. Educate and mentor surgical residents and medical students in an academic environment. Participate in a shared call schedule. Qualifications Board Eligible or Board Certified in Otolaryngology New York Medical License Wages and Benefits include: Annual Base Salary: $204,000* based on 24-hour work week. The annual total value of compensation package is estimated at $248,400**, which includes the baseline salary, 401(k) contribution, and other factors as set forth below: Projected bonus of up to $24,000 (based on previous year's average), contingent upon meeting quality and productivity targets. 401(k) Company Contribution (subject to IRS contribution limits): Employees are immediately vested in a 3% company contribution of base earnings. No employee match is required. After one year of service, employees receive an additional 7% company contribution of base earnings. No employee match is required. Annual Continuing Medical Education (CME) Reimbursement. Generous Paid Time Off (PTO): Vacation, Sick, Holiday, and CME days.
