About Us

The Salt Room South Tampa is a boutique wellness studio offering Salt Therapy, Infrared Sauna, Cold Plunge & Contrast Therapy, and Massage in a beautiful, relaxing environment. Our mission is simple: help people feel better, breathe easier, and take a break from the stress of everyday life.

We're looking for a friendly, reliable, and outgoing Client Coordinator to join our team and help create an exceptional experience for every guest who walks through our doors.

Schedule

This is a part-time position consisting of approximately 4 shifts per week (4 hours per shift), including at least one weekend shift (Sat or Sun from 10 to 2).

Flexibility is appreciated.

What You'll Do

• Welcome clients and provide a warm, professional first impression
• Check clients in and out using our booking software
• Answer phones, texts, emails, and booking inquiries
• Explain services, memberships, packages, and promotions
• Assist with retail sales and membership enrollment
• Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting studio environment
• Help prepare treatment rooms between sessions
• Support marketing initiatives such as collecting reviews and promoting events
• Ensure every client enjoys a seamless and relaxing experience

What We're Looking For

• Positive, upbeat personality
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Comfortable with computers and learning new software
• Dependable, punctual, and detail-oriented
• Ability to multitask in a calm, professional manner
• Previous customer service, hospitality, retail, spa, fitness, or wellness experience is a plus, but not required

Compensation

Competitive hourly pay plus performance-based bonuses.
