What You’ll Do Respond to service requests in a timely and professional manner Assist with apartment turns, repairs, and unit inspections Troubleshoot and repair basic electrical, plumbing, and appliance issues Help maintain community grounds, amenities, and common areas Work with vendors and maintenance team to complete larger projects Ensure all work complies with safety guidelines and company standards Maintain tools, equipment, and supply inventory Communicate clearly with residents and team members to ensure satisfaction What You’ll Need to Succeed Required Basic knowledge of apartment maintenance tasks (plumbing, electrical, HVAC, appliances) Strong work ethic and willingness to learn Ability to work independently and in a team Availability to work Saturdays (closed Sundays) and participate in on‑call rotation as needed Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation Minimum of 2 years experience as a Maintenance Technician or in an equivalent role. Minimum of 2 years experience working with HVAC, appliances, plumbing, and electrical systems. EPA Universal Certification. (Texas) Preferred Previous experience in apartment, facilities, or building maintenance HVAC certification or EPA license (a plus, not required) Bilingual abilities Experience with Aquatherm (hydronic heating and cooling) systems preferred but no required. CPO/MPO preferred but not required.
