Senior Master Production Scheduler

Job Overview Supports North American Industrial Liquid manufacturing facilities by working cross‑functionally with Sales, Marketing, Operations and Demand Planning to align finished‑good inventory levels to customer demand, ensuring the right product is at the right place at the right time. Oversees up to four sites and aids in the Flash process to achieve operational alignment and efficiency. Additional Information Travel required: 10%. This role is not remote/hybrid and reports to Sherwin‑Williams Global Headquarters at 1 Sherwin Way, Cleveland, OH 44113. Job duties include contact with other employees and access to confidential and proprietary information. A criminal history review is required to protect the business and staff. Responsibilities Plan and control all scheduling activities supporting assigned plants, balancing production and inventory levels with demand to meet service levels, flash requirements, inventory turns goals, and capacity utilization. Plan the supply of finished goods, use capacity‑planning tools, load production, identify corrective actions (overtime, adding equipment, expediting, etc.) and coordinate with the Sourcing team and manufacturing plant to review and suggest key planning parameter changes. Participate in meetings to review sales forecasts, manufacturing, planning, new product introductions, fill‑line rates, metrics and other potential related supply‑chain issues. Work closely with Demand Planners and the Business Units to review new product introductions, events and regional promotions to ensure the supply chain can support program requirements. Develop feasible weekly bucketed schedules by work center and SKU to manufacturing, measure compliance and service metrics for performance, and lead Lean and continuous‑improvement projects. Qualifications Minimum Requirements: Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age. Must be legally authorized to work in the country of employment without needing sponsorship for employment work visa status now or in the future. Must have a bachelor’s degree or higher, or at least five (5) years of work experience in Supply Chain. Must have at least two (2) years of work experience in Supply Chain, Finance, Customer Service, or Operations. Must be highly analytical and able to perform complex data analysis with the ability to communicate concise conclusions. Preferred Qualifications: Have a bachelor’s degree or higher in Supply Chain. Have at least five (5) years of work experience in Supply Chain, Finance, Customer Service, or Operations. Have APICS/CPIM certification. Have experience with Blue Yonder, Tableau, Business Objects‑DSF & SCIS, Best‑of‑Breed / BIOS boundary systems. Have work experience with procurement, technical or manufacturing experience within the coatings industry.
