Description: A hospice home care agency is in need of an experienced Hospice RN. Experience with hospice case management is required. Experience providing hospice care in a home setting is required. Prior experience with rural travel is preferred. Familiarity with McKesson/Netsmart EMR is preferred. This position requires a commitment to the Monday through Friday work schedule. Holiday coverage is required.
