Senior Manager, Product Marketing, Data Experience (Remote)

Location Hybrid remote/in-office role. Employees hired for an in-person position are expected to work on‑site a certain number of days per week following company policy. About the Team As the Senior Manager, Product Marketing, Data Experience, you will work closely with the Data Experience team and the full Medidata product marketing team to drive awareness, sales materials, and thought leadership across multiple offerings in this market‑leading portfolio within Medidata and Dassault Systèmes. This role will be responsible for managing the tactical execution and completion of product marketing activities. You will work with product development, product marketers, and global and demand marketing and sales enablement to develop and communicate go‑to‑market plans, develop value propositions by persona and sales segment, and position products in the marketplace that demonstrate the value of Medidata’s Data Experience capabilities. To thrive in this role, you should be equally comfortable interacting with multiple stakeholders across the Medidata and Dassault portfolios. Responsibilities Support the development and execution of Data Experience solutions go‑to‑market planning, including positioning, messaging, sales enablement materials, internal and external communication materials, promotional activities, evidence of value, and other deliverables. Collaborate with product, professional services, sales, and marketing teams to develop value propositions and key messages based on a robust understanding of solutions, customer needs, and competitive differentiation. Work with marketing teams to deliver a strong value proposition and messaging that helps differentiate Medidata from the competition. Partner with sales and professional services to secure testimonials and proof points. Incorporate competitive and market intelligence into analysis to arm the field against competition and highlight market strength. Conceive and create thought leadership and educational content to broaden awareness and understanding of Data Experience, including developing abstracts to earn speaking engagements at industry conferences and presentations at those events. Leverage approved AI tools to improve efficiency and quality of sales and marketing materials and ideate and execute ways to use AI to support other teams. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences or Data Sciences, or equivalent experience. Minimum of 5 years of related experience, ideally with knowledge and experience in the healthcare and life sciences industry. Creative and analytical skills, and ability to clearly articulate complex concepts for maximum understanding. Good go‑to‑market development, presentation, collaboration, and communication skills; ability to build solid working relationships with multiple stakeholders across the business. Strong writing and editorial skills and proven content creation experience. Ability to partner cross‑functionally with product, professional services, sales, marketing, and offering management to enable market readiness and successful adoption of products. Experience in designing and executing marketing and communications programs. Self‑motivating, able to assume responsibility and work autonomously in a professional manner. Compensation and Benefits Salary ranges vary by location: NYC Metro Area: $114,750 – $153,000. California Bay Area: $121,500 – $162,000. Boston Metro Area: $113,250 – $151,000. Texas or Ohio: $101,250 – $135,000. All other U.S. locations: $102,750 – $137,000. Employees may be eligible for bonuses and commission as applicable.
