Administrative Assistant to HR

Job Overview McGregor Baptist Church is seeking a detail‑oriented and dependable HR Administrative Assistant to support daily Human Resources operations in a Christ‑centered environment. This role assists with onboarding, employee records, recruiting support, compliance tracking, scheduling, and general HR administrative duties while maintaining strict confidentiality. Key Responsibilities Assist with onboarding processes Maintain and update employee records Provide recruiting support Track compliance and regulatory requirements Schedule appointments and meetings Perform general HR administrative tasks Qualifications High school diploma or GED required 2–4 years of administrative or HR experience preferred Strong organizational, communication, and computer skills Ability to handle confidential information professionally Experience with Microsoft Office, Canva, and HRIS systems preferred Schedule Full‑time, 35 hours per week. Monday–Friday with flexibility for working hours during business hours.
