About the Position Ultrasound Technician I – MountainView Medical Imaging, a Radiology Partners practice in Seneca, South Carolina. The role involves performing diagnostic ultrasound examinations, operating equipment, and ensuring high-quality patient care. Responsibilities Perform diagnostic ultrasounds on patients according to established procedure protocols. Position patients for ultrasound examinations and explain procedures to them. Operate ultrasound equipment to produce quality images and monitor patients during studies. Process images and patient information through RIS and PACS or other required systems. Conduct digital data analysis and quality assurance on ultrasound equipment, and perform cleaning and sterilization procedures after each patient. Qualifications High School diploma or equivalent. Minimum of 2 years of clinical ultrasound experience. Current BLS (CPR) certification. Registered Vascular Sonographer (ARDMS) certification. Registered Vascular Technologist (RVT) certification.
