Front Desk Receptionist — Haven, the Dog Spot

Do you light up around dogs and thrive on making people feel welcome? Haven, the Dog Spot is looking for a front desk receptionist to be the first friendly face our clients (and their dogs) see every day!

 

Operating Hours

• Monday–Friday: 7:30am–6:00pm
• Saturday: 9:00am–5:00pm
• Sunday: 12:00pm–4:00pm

What you'll do:

• Answer a multi-line phone system
• Respond to client emails and voicemails
• Collect and enter vet records
• Give facility tours and deliver excellent customer care
• Schedule appointments
• Maintain detailed inventory logs
