This ensures adequate staffing and timely, quality-standard tests. Assists with hiring, training, evaluations, and payroll.Essential Functions of the RoleSupervises the work of assigned subordinates in testing phases. Performs all delegated functions as defined by the facility CLIA Director.Prepares schedules, coordinates job assignments, and monitors personnel.
