Maintenance SupervisorThe Maintenance Supervisor is a key member of our maintenance team and plays a crucial role in overseeing maintenance operations, conducting repairs, and ensuring properties are well-maintained. This position requires strong technical skills, leadership abilities, and a commitment to maintaining properties to the highest standards.Team Leadership:Supervise and lead a team of maintenance technicians, providing guidance, training, and support.Delegate maintenance tasks, prioritize work orders, and ensure the efficient use of resources.Maintenance and Repairs:Conduct routine maintenance and repairs, including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and general maintenance tasks.Troubleshoot and diagnose maintenance issues, ensuring timely resolution.Inventory and Supplies:Maintain an organized inventory of maintenance supplies, tools, and equipment.Monitor and order supplies as needed to support maintenance operations.Vendor and Contractor Management:Coordinate and supervise work performed by third-party vendors and contractors, ensuring quality and compliance with agreements.Manage vendor relationships and procurement of services and supplies.Emergency Response:Be available to respond to maintenance emergencies on a rotating on-call basis, ensuring the safety and comfort of residents.Coordinate emergency maintenance and repairs as neededSafety and Compliance:Ensure compliance with safety regulations, local codes, and company policies.Conduct regular safety inspections and address any safety concerns promptly.Documentation and Reporting:Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, work orders, inventory, and safety inspections.Prepare and submit regular reports on maintenance operations as required.Qualifications:To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
