Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver expert nursing care in Stepdown and Progressive Care (PCU) settings, monitoring complex patient conditions.
• Conduct ongoing assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of patient care.
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to develop individualized patient care plans.
• Safely administer medications, manage IV drips, and operate advanced monitoring equipment.
• Respond quickly to changes in patient status and implement appropriate interventions.
• Document all patient care activities accurately in electronic medical records.
• Educate patients and families on care plans, procedures, and ongoing health management.

Desired Skills & Experience:

• Current RN license in good standing.
• Minimum of one year recent experience in Stepdown or Progressive Care Unit (PCU).
• Strong critical thinking and clinical assessment skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• BLS and ACLS certifications required.
