• Assist in specimen collection processes and expertly prepare samples for analysis.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation of all procedures and support the onboarding of new team members while upholding strict lab quality standards.
• Foster a clean and compliant working environment by adhering strictly to safety regulations and accreditation requirements.

Education

• A Bachelor's degree in Clinical or Medical Laboratory Science, or an equivalent allied health qualification along with preparation for ASCP/AMT certification.

Certifications

• ASCP or AMT Board of Certification in Clinical Laboratory Science (CLS) is expected to be obtained within the first year of employment.
• Commitment to maintaining current certification throughout your employment.
