Payroll Manager

Fermi LLC is seeking a hands-on Payroll Manager in Fort Worth, TX to own payroll operations as the company transitions from HR to Finance. You will manage multi-state payroll for employees and contractors, oversee tax compliance, and build controls and documentation to support public-company readiness. You will run payroll via Paylocity, coordinate with payroll accounting, and drive process improvements while maintaining confidentiality and accuracy in payroll data. #J-18808-Ljbffr
