Relationship Banker, Bilingual Spanish

Engage clients in the lobby to educate and assist with transactions through mobile banking, online banking, or ATM Accurately and efficiently process cash transactions for clients as needed Conduct deep conversations with clients to understand their financial and life priorities Connect clients to solutions that meet their financial goals Execute the bank's risk culture and strive for operational excellence Build relationships with clients to meet financial needs Follow established processes and guidelines while adhering to applicable laws and regulations Grow business knowledge and network by partnering with experts in small business, lending, and investments Manage financial center traffic, appointments, and outbound calls Drive the client experience Manage cash responsibilities Requirements Bilingual Spanish Language Must be able to work weekends and/or extended hours, which may include being scheduled at any financial center location within a reasonable distance Enthusiastic, highly motivated self-starter with a strong work ethic and intense focus on results Effective collaboration and relationship-building skills Ability to identify solutions for new and existing clients based on their needs Effective and confident communication skills; comfortable engaging all clients Ability to learn and adapt to new information and technology platforms Ability to educate clients on self-service technologies such as ATM, online banking, and mobile banking Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills Ability to follow established processes and guidelines and comply with applicable laws and regulations Efficient time and capacity management Experience in financial services and knowledge of financial services industry, products and solutions One year of demonstrated successful sales experience in a salary plus incentive environment with individual sales goals Six months of cash handling experience Bachelor's Degree or business-relevant Associate’s Degree such as business management, business administration or finance Core Competencies Demonstrates strong client engagement and relationship-building skills while effectively educating clients on financial solutions and self-service technologies.
