We are looking for an Email Marketing Specialist to support high-impact digital marketing initiatives. Responsibilities:
• Plan, build, and launch email marketing campaigns that align with broader promotional objectives and audience engagement strategies.
• Coordinate timelines, schedules, and campaign deliverables to keep projects moving efficiently across marketing and operational teams.
• Review email content, layouts, and links to confirm accuracy, brand alignment, and readiness before deployment.
• Work closely with creative partners to incorporate revisions, maintain visual consistency, and deliver effective customer-facing communications.
• Monitor campaign results and prepare reports that highlight performance trends, audience insights, and opportunities for improvement.
• Support lead generation efforts by organizing targeted email initiatives designed to increase response and engagement.
• Troubleshoot campaign issues, resolve deployment challenges, and help maintain smooth execution throughout the production cycle.
• Contribute to database-related marketing activities that improve audience segmentation, campaign planning, and communication effectiveness.• Experience managing email marketing campaigns from planning through deployment and post-campaign analysis.
• Strong knowledge of HTML and CSS for reviewing or adjusting email templates and formatting.
• Ability to create reports and interpret campaign data to support marketing decisions and continuous improvement.
• Background in project coordination, scheduling, and cross-functional collaboration within marketing environments.
• Excellent proofreading skills with close attention to detail and commitment to content accuracy.
• Familiarity with brand management principles and the ability to maintain consistency across campaign materials.
