We are looking for an Email Marketing Specialist to support the planning, execution, and optimization of email initiatives for a team based in Fort Washington, Pennsylvania. This Long-term Contract position is ideal for someone who combines strong project coordination skills with hands-on email production expertise, ensuring campaigns are delivered accurately, on time, and in alignment with brand standards. The role will work closely with marketing and creative partners to manage campaign schedules, review content, and turn performance data into actionable recommendations.

Responsibilities:
• Coordinate the end-to-end delivery of email marketing campaigns, from intake and scheduling through final deployment.
• Build and format email assets using HTML and CSS while maintaining visual consistency and quality standards.
• Partner with marketing, operations, and creative teams to organize campaign plans and keep projects moving according to deadlines.
• Review campaign content carefully to verify accuracy, proofread messaging, and incorporate requested updates before launch.
• Monitor campaign timelines and resolve production issues that could affect delivery or performance.
• Track reporting metrics and analyze campaign results to uncover insights that support stronger engagement and lead generation efforts.
• Maintain campaign records and support database-related activities that improve audience targeting and execution efficiency.
• Help manage revisions and approvals to ensure each campaign reflects brand guidelines and business objectives.• Detail-oriented experience supporting email marketing programs, including campaign planning, deployment, and performance review.
• Working knowledge of HTML and CSS for editing and troubleshooting email templates.
• Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to handle schedules, deadlines, and multiple priorities.
• Experience with reporting and interpreting campaign data to identify trends and improvement opportunities.
• Excellent proofreading and quality control skills with close attention to detail.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including marketing, operations, and creative partners.
• Familiarity with lead generation campaigns, brand consistency standards, and audience-focused marketing practices.
