As a Deposit Relationship Manager , you’ll sit at the intersection of strategy, client experience, and revenue growth, owning a book of sophisticated commercial and high-net-worth clients. Your mission: attract, deepen, and expand deposit relationships while becoming the go-to financial ally clients didn’t know they needed—but won’t want to lose. What You’ll Do Build & Expand Relationships: Develop and manage a robust portfolio of commercial and private banking clients, with a sharp focus on growing deposit balances and treasury relationships. Drive Deposit Strategy: Design tailored deposit solutions that align with client goals—optimizing liquidity, yield, and accessibility. Be a Trusted Advisor: Move beyond transactions. Understand client businesses, anticipate needs, and deliver proactive financial insights. Collaborate to Win: Partner with lenders, treasury teams, and leadership to uncover cross-sell opportunities and deliver a seamless client experience. Prospect with Purpose: Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, referrals, and market intelligence. Own the Numbers: Manage portfolio performance, track growth metrics, and consistently exceed deposit and relationship targets. Champion Client Experience: Deliver white-glove service that turns clients into long-term advocates. What You Bring 5+ years of experience in commercial banking, treasury management, or deposit-focused relationship management Proven success growing deposit portfolios and cultivating long-term client relationships Strong understanding of deposit products, cash management solutions, and banking regulations A strategic mindset paired with a natural ability to connect, influence, and build trust Excellent communication skills—equally effective in boardrooms and casual client conversations Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, or related field (preferred) What Sets You Apart You don’t just manage relationships—you architect them.
