Job Title: Contingent Worker Proofing Coordinator Join RTX’s Enterprise Services team as a Contingent Worker Proofing Coordinator. The role is part of the RTX People Services Employee Relations and Compliance Operations team and focuses on contingent worker US Person verification, HCM data maintenance, and process compliance. Key Responsibilities Accurately identify onboarding workers' US Person and/or citizenship status based on provided documentation. Effectively communicate and partner with workers, sponsors, and suppliers to ensure compliance with Global Trade requirements. Utilize SOPs to process assigned work and meet operational goals. Maintain compliance with Human Resources and Global Trade policies and procedures. Effectively manage and document assigned cases through ServiceNow. Required Qualifications HS Diploma or AA/AS degree (or other 2‑year post‑high‑school training) with a minimum of 4 years of relevant experience. Prior experience with case‑management tools (e.g., ServiceNow). 2+ years of experience with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Preferred Qualifications Experience working in a fast‑paced, compliance‑driven environment. Experience in an HR or Global Trade Compliance support role. Experience with a shared‑service model. Experience supporting internal or external audits. Working knowledge of HCM systems (e.g., Workday). Benefits Competitive salary ranging from 43,400USD to 82,600USD.
