Job Location: New York City, NY

Duration: 13 Week

Compensation:

• Traveler: $2,800–$3,170 Gross Weekly
• Local: $78–$83/hour

Shift: Day Shift

Schedule: 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM

Hours: 37.5 Hours Per Week

Position Type: Contract

We are seeking an experienced EEO Investigator to conduct thorough and impartial investigations involving employment discrimination, harassment, sexual harassment, and other workplace-related EEO matters. The ideal candidate will have strong investigative and analytical skills, a solid understanding of applicable employment laws, and the ability to handle sensitive and confidential matters in a fast-paced healthcare environment.

• Conduct investigations into internal complaints involving employment discrimination, harassment, and sexual harassment.
• Ensure investigations comply with applicable federal, state, and local anti-discrimination laws.
• Gather, review, and analyze information and documentation related to EEO complaints.
• Conduct interviews with complainants, respondents, witnesses, and other relevant parties.
• Evaluate evidence and information objectively and impartially.
• Assist with the investigation and resolution of unlawful employment discrimination and harassment complaints.
• Prepare detailed investigative findings, recommendations, and supporting documentation.
• Collaborate with EEO, Legal Affairs, Human Resources, management, and other stakeholders.
• Travel to various healthcare facilities throughout New York City as needed.
• Maintain strict confidentiality when handling sensitive employee and workplace matters.
• Assist with special projects and other EEO-related assignments as required.

• Minimum 4+ years of experience conducting EEO-related investigations .
• Strong knowledge of federal, state, and local anti-discrimination and employment laws.
• Experience handling sensitive workplace complaints and investigations.
• Experience working in a healthcare or hospital environment preferred.

• Strong investigative and analytical abilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong interviewing, documentation, and report-writing skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment.
• Ability to manage multiple assignments in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office .
• Ability and willingness to travel between healthcare facilities throughout NYC as needed.

• Bachelor's Degree required.
