You’ll learn how to generate new opportunities, connect with potential buyers and sellers, follow up with prospects, book appointments, manage your pipeline, and guide clients through the transaction process. Our systems are designed to give you a clear understanding of what activities to focus on each day instead of leaving you to figure everything out on your own. You’ll also receive a high commission split, allowing you to keep more of what you earn as your production increases. Both part-time and full-time opportunities are available, giving you flexibility as you develop your real estate business. We’re looking for someone who is coachable, self-motivated, comfortable talking with people, and serious about creating a long-term career in real estate. Candidates must already have an active real estate license or be close to completing the licensing process. First-year earning potential when goals are met: $150,000+ High commission split. Willingness to learn and adapt to new strategies and systems for generating leads and closing deals. Experience in managing and updating client databases to ensure seamless communication and follow-up. Ability to conduct property showings and provide insightful tours to potential buyers. Comfortable collaborating with experienced agents to enhance skills and knowledge in the real estate market.
