Job Description & Requirements Specialty: CT Technologist Discipline: Allied Health Professional Start Date: 09/28/2026 Duration: 13 weeks 36 hours per week Shift: 12 hours, nights Employment Type: Travel CT Technologist Location: Springfield, IL 62702 Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Night 3x12-Hour (6:30 PM – 7:00 AM) | Every 3rd weekend Requirements: Minimum 2 years of CT Tech experience ARRT, ARRT-CT, BLS required Active IL state license required or license in process with ETA Cerner experience preferred Experience in Adult Acute Care, Adult Outpatient, ICU, ED, and Level I Trauma required Strong experience with Abdomen/Pelvis, Chest, Head & Neck, Spine/Musculoskeletal CT 3D Rendering, MPR, and ROI experience required Coronary CTA experience required Experience with contrast administration, IV starts, venipuncture, radiation safety, and isolation precautions First-time travelers accepted Description: CT Tech position in a 562-bed Acute Care, Level I Trauma and Magnet facility . The technologist will perform a broad range of CT examinations across adult and pediatric populations, including trauma, vascular, chest, abdomen/pelvis, neurological, spine, and musculoskeletal studies . Responsibilities include advanced image post-processing and 3D reconstruction , contrast administration, IV placement, and maintaining radiation safety standards.
