AutoShop Recruiting has partnered with Big O Tires and Central Arizona Auto Group to hire an experienced, high-energy Automotive Service Advisor for its busy Williams Field location in Gilbert.

What You'll Do (Responsibilities)

• Greet customers warmly, complete thorough vehicle walk-arounds, and accurately document service concerns.
• Utilize Digital Vehicle Inspections (DVIs) to educate customers, building value over the phone or in person to close high-dollar repair recommendations.
• Multi-task efficiently: prepare estimates, source aftermarket/OEM parts from multiple local vendors, and obtain proper authorizations.
• Coordinate work orders seamlessly with technicians to keep the 10-hour shift flowing productively.
• Close repair orders, process payments, and proactively resolve any customer concerns to protect the shop's reputation.

What We're Looking For (Requirements)

• Experience: At least one year of professional service-advisor, automotive-sales, or high-volume tire retail experience is highly preferred.
• Skills: Strong sales mentality, excellent closing skills, and a solid working knowledge of general automotive maintenance and mechanical repair.
• Schedule Flexibility: Mandatory availability across a 7-day schedule (working five 10-hour days), including Saturdays and rotating Sundays.
• Credentials: Valid driver's license and an acceptable driving record are mandatory.
• Mindset: Confidence handling multiple customers simultaneously while maintaining an organized, professional front counter.
