Job Details Job Location: Eagan, MN 55122. Salary Range: $28.00 - $40.00 per hour. About the Role We are seeking experienced, hardworking diesel repair technicians to join our dynamic, customer-focused shop. As a member of our team, you will work in a fast‑paced environment delivering top‑tier service to our fleet of heavy‑duty buses. Qualifications Successfully pass a DOT physical examination. Proficient in English (reading, writing, speaking). Make informed decisions quickly and safely, even with minimal supervision. High school diploma or equivalent. Positive attitude and strong teamwork ethos. Experience with diesel repairs. Benefits and Compensation Competitive hourly pay of $28–$40 based on experience. Overtime opportunities available. Bi‑weekly stipend for tools and equipment, plus $1,300 annual tool allowance. Employee stock ownership plan. Health, vision, and dental coverage, plus company HSA contribution.
