Publiée le 09/07/2026 Mission Vous intégrez l’équipe et participez à la vie de l’agence.Votre quotidien est passionnant, rythmé par des tâches diverses et variées !Vous êtes au contact permanent des habitants afin d’être identifié(e) comme le référent / la référente en immobilier locatif de votre secteur. Vous découvrez les projets de vie des personnes que vous rencontrez puis les accompagnez dans la réalisation de leurs projets qu’ils soient candidats locataires ou bailleurs.Sur le terrain, vous découvrez et suivez de près les projets des propriétaires bailleurs.Vous réalisez les estimations, conseillez les bailleurs pour sécuriser leur(s) revenu(s) locatif(s), pérenniser leur(s) bien(s) et valoriser leur patrimoine.Vous évaluez les besoins et la capacité locative des candidats pour leur apporter le meilleur accompagnement et leur faire visiter des biens correspondant à leurs attentes.Vous rassemblez les pièces nécessaires pour constituer le dossier locataire et assurez l’accompagnement commercial, administratif et juridique entre les parties pour parvenir à la signature du bail.Vous réalisez les états des lieux d’entrée et remettez les clés à vos locataires heureux ! Vous êtes en charge de la relocation des biens du portefeuille de gestion et en assurez le développement en allant à la conquête de nouveaux propriétaires bailleurs.Par votre professionnalisme, vous veillez chaque jour à la satisfaction de vos clients, en leur offrant le meilleur service jamais délivré par aucune autre organisation immobilière de la découverte à la concrétisation de leurs projets (et même au-delà) ! Profil Vous êtes dynamique, avez un réel esprit de conquête et êtes doté(e) d’une excellente aisance relationnelle.
