You will work alongside a talented Partner who deals with an exciting docket that includes a wide variety of complex cases involving personal injuries, deaths, and property damages arising from fires, explosions, and environmental contamination.

Job Details

Responsibilities:

• Conduct legal research and prepare pleadings, motions, and other legal documents
• Attend hearings, depositions, and trials
• Negotiate with opposing counsel to settle cases
• Provide counsel to clients regarding their legal rights and options
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date case files

Qualifications:

• Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school
• Active license to practice law in CA
• Experience as First or Second Chair.
• Experience in plaintiff litigation, with a focus on personal injury, wrongful death, and fire litigation
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
