A Long-Term Acute Care hospital is looking to expand their team of talented Respiratory Therapists! They are seeking a dedicated Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) to provide high-quality respiratory assistance and treatment in our critical care environment. This specialized facility focuses intensely on patient care, maintaining a lower bed count (average 30–35 beds) so you can truly get to know your patients during their recovery.

Key Duties & Responsibilities

• Function as a vital clinical resource across all patient care areas, frequently working with critical care patients.
• Participate actively in Code Blue and rapid response teams.
• Formulate comprehensive patient care plans and perform various invasive procedures.
• Manage and administer respiratory medications and therapeutic medical gases.
• Monitor, analyze, and respond appropriately to patient vital signs and physiological changes.
• Utilize independent judgment and critical thinking to deliver exceptional healthcare outcomes.

Schedule & Requirements

• Full-Time: 3 shifts per week (12-hour shifts).
• Licensure: Valid RRT (Registered Respiratory Therapist) License is required.
• Experience: Minimum 1 year of acute hospital experience; critical care experience preferred.
• Certifications: Active BLS and ACLS certifications.
• Skills: Strong communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills with a team-oriented mindset.
