Ensures adherence to BBS requirements when providing clinical supervision to appropriate intern/associate staff. Uses in vivo supervision as appropriate.Supports team members, as needed, through participation at client team meetings, including Treatment Teams, Family Therapy sessions, and therapeutic groups; and in availability by phone to assist in client crisis intervention and problem resolution.Assumes primary clinical role for adults as assigned.Provides services, including individual, family, and group therapy and collateral, to youth and families, as deemed necessary and appropriate through the assessment process and in collaboration with the treatment team.Documents all services provided clearly and concisely within the timelines and framework established by Central Star. In collaboration with the team, complete all required reports and documentation by regulatory bodies.Reviews and approves all clinical documentation in and outside the electronic medical record to ensure all requirements and standards are met.Monthly stipend included (Cell phone / Internet)May utilize personal vehicle to drive to and from off-site locations to provide services.
