Procurement Specialist - Mandarin BilingualA major global tech company is seeking a detail-oriented and process-driven Procurement Specialist to support its recruitment services category. This is a 12-month contract role with potential for extension. The ideal candidate is reliable, analytical, and fluent in both English and Chinese, with the ability to manage procurement workflows independently in a fast-moving environment.Responsibilities:Manage the full procurement lifecycle for recruitment services, including purchase requests, PO execution, and vendor coordinationConduct market research and data analysis across staffing, executive search, and background check industries to support sourcing decisionsSupport competitive bidding processes, including documentation preparation and bidding coordinationMaintain accurate and organized procurement records across ERP and OA systemsPartner cross-functionally with HR, finance, and business stakeholders to ensure timely and compliant procurement executionRequirements:3+ years of procurement or sourcing experience; recruitment or professional services category preferredProficiency in Excel and ERP/OA systems for data tracking and reportingStrong communication and stakeholder management skillsChinese proficiency (spoken and written) — requiredBachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferredCompensation: The pay offered to a successful candidate will be determined by various factors, including education, work experience, location, job responsibilities, certifications, and more.
