A leading middle-market or boutique investment bank may seek a Junior Investment Banking Analyst to support deal execution, financial analysis, and client deliverables. • Build and update financial models including 3-statement, DCF, LBO, and accretion/dilution analyses

• Conduct industry, company, and competitor research to support client recommendations

• Assist in live M&A, capital markets, and restructuring transactions

• Prepare pitch books, investment memoranda, and client presentations

• Support due diligence, data room management, and transaction execution tasks

• Collaborate with senior bankers and team members across multiple projects and workstreams

• Contribute to internal reporting, market analysis, and business development initiatives

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Mathematics, or a related field

• Strong foundational skills in financial modeling, valuation, and financial statement analysis

• Excellent analytical, quantitative, and written/verbal communication skills

• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

• High attention to detail and strong organizational skills

• Prior internship or early-career experience in banking, finance, consulting, PE, audit, or FP&A is advantageous
