• Support live M&A, capital markets, and restructuring transactions

• Assist in preparing pitch books, investment memoranda, and client presentations , including co-investment proposals

• Participate in co-investment diligence, structuring, and evaluation alongside principal investment teams

• Collaborate with senior bankers and co-investment professionals on deal execution, portfolio monitoring, and investment assessment

• Organize and manage data rooms, transaction documents, and deal workflows

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Mathematics, or a related discipline
