Our mission is to create real earning opportunities and institutional credibility for serious private capital professionals. Once verified, analysts gain immediate access to paid, live transactions—without prolonged placement cycles or unpaid experience.

Role Overview

Initio Sphere is onboarding qualified finance professionals to join the platform as Certified Private Investment Analysts .

This is not a traditional employment role . Analysts operate as independent contractors and are activated through a certification and verification process.

Once approved, Private Investment Analysts:

• Are promoted within the Initio Sphere platform

• Gain access to real deal flow and paid investment analysis work

• Support investors, fund managers, and operators on live transactions

• Contribute to underwriting, diligence, and investment decision support

• Build a verified deal track record and Analyst Rating Score

Certification tiers: Senior Private Investment Analyst · Lead Private Investment Analyst · Private Investment Analyst / Associate

Analyst Levels & Pay RangesSenior Private Investment Analyst

• Rating Score: 90–100

• Pay: $150–$200/hour

• Typical Background: Former investment banking, private equity, venture capital, real estate, private credit, or senior consulting professionals with 5+ years of transaction experience

Lead Private Investment Analyst

• Rating Score: 80–89

• Pay: $100–$150/hour

• Typical Background: Finance professionals with 3–5 years of underwriting, modeling, or deal execution experience

Private Investment Analyst / Associate

• Rating Score: 60–79

• Pay: $50–$100/hour

• Typical Background: Entry- to mid-level analysts with strong technical and analytical performance

What You’ll Do (Approval-Based)

Depending on certification approvals, Private Investment Analysts may be engaged for:

Investment Analysis, Modeling & Valuation

• 3-statement financial models

• DCF, LBO, and return modeling

• Commercial real estate underwriting (where applicable)

• Sensitivity, downside, and scenario analysis

• Comparable company and precedent transaction analysis

• Football field and valuation summary materials

Due Diligence & Transaction Support

• Quality of Earnings (QoE) analysis

• Financial, commercial, and operational diligence

• Risk identification and downside analysis

• Investment memo and investment committee support

Analysts may only perform work in categories they are approved for. Approvals are earned through assessment and performance—not tenure.

How Analysts Start Earning

1. Complete the Analyst Certification Assessment or approved training

2. Receive category-specific approvals (Modeling, Valuation, Due Diligence)

3. Get verified on the Initio Sphere platform

4. Begin earning immediately through hourly engagements and live deal work

No cold applying. No unpaid “experience.” Verified analysts are actively promoted to investors and deal sponsors.

Certification & Eligibility

To qualify, candidates must meet at least one of the following:

• Score ≥70% in at least one category of the Analyst Certification Assessment

• Completion of Initio Sphere Financial Training

• Active professional credential (CFA, CPA, Series 7, 63, 79, or equivalent)

Analyst Rating Score

Each analyst receives a 0–100 Analyst Rating Score , which determines:

• Visibility and promotion within the platform

• Approved work categories

• Recommended hourly compensation

Compensation & Deal Terms

• Analysts operate as independent contractors, not employees

• Hourly rates are determined by Rating Score and approval level

• Analysts may earn up to 10% of the first $100,000 in transaction fees

• Maximum deal-based earning: $2,500 per transaction

• Payments are issued only after successful deal completion and fee collection

• Initio Sphere reserves the right to revoke approvals for quality or compliance issues

• Solicit securities

• Represent Initio Sphere in a regulated capacity

All work is limited to analytical, diligence, and financial support functions and must comply with applicable securities laws.
