Case Manager RN

This position is for a Case Manager RN with a 13-week duration, working a day shift with alternating weekends. The position is located in a 350-bed facility in Brooksville, FL. The case management team includes various staff members, including case managers and social workers. The patient ratio on the unit is approximately 25 patients per case manager. Candidates must have case management experience in an acute care setting and experience with electronic medical records systems is preferred. This position requires flexibility to work every other weekend and holidays. The unit incorporates modern equipment and technology to support patient care.
