What You'll Do
As a Customer Care Representative , you'll assist mortgage customers through both inbound and outbound phone calls.
Responsibilities include:
- Answer customer questions regarding mortgage payments, escrow accounts, and loan information
- Make outbound calls to customers regarding missed or past-due payments
- Provide professional, empathetic, and solution-focused customer service
- Accurately document customer interactions in company systems
- Follow company compliance, quality, and customer service standards
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development programs
Schedule
Full-Time | 40 Hours per Week
Monday-Friday
- Spring/Summer Hours: 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM
- Fall/Winter Hours: 10:00 AM - 7:00 PM
Monthly Saturday Rotation
- One half-day Saturday per month
- Typical hours: 7:00 AM - 11:00 AM or 8:00 AM - 12:00 PM
