Healthcare Associate / Customer Service II

Pay Rate: $20.22/hour

\n

Start Date: October 26

\n

Contract: 4 months, with possibility of extension or conversion to permanent

\n

Schedule: 40 hours/week, Monday–Friday for most shifts

\n

Role Overview

\n

This is a Scheduling Administration / Customer Service role supporting One Medical .

\n

\n
• Handle calls from patients nationwide who are calling to schedule appointments.
\n
• All phone-based patient communication has been centralized in this unit after phones were removed from the clinics.
\n
• Process communication requests across One Medical.
\n
• Route tasks to the appropriate individuals based on established matrices and templates.
\n
• Utilize intermediate-level access to Amazon/One Medical systems.
\n
• Facilitate on-demand interactions with the medical team and direct patients and tasks to the appropriate resources.
\n
• Healthcare experience is preferred but not required .
\n

Basic Qualifications

\n

\n
• At least 6 months of contact center experience OR 1 year of patient-facing experience .
\n
• Proficiency with basic computer skills.
\n
• High school diploma required.
\n
• Ability to work a flexible onsite schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays .
\n

\n

Training

\n

\n
• 3 weeks of training .
\n
• Training covers how to handle and process different types of calls.
\n
• Training schedule: 8:00 AM–4:30 PM, Monday–Friday, for 3 weeks .
\n
• Attendance during training is critical. Candidates are expected to attend all scheduled training days without missing time.
\n
• Employees must be ready to work their entire scheduled shift. Even being a few minutes late can affect the team.
\n

• Approximately 8 different shift patterns are expected to be available.
\n
• Flexibility is required based on business and peak-season needs.
\n
