The company is headquartered in Houston, Texas.We’re on the lookout for passionate self‑starters who thrive in fast‑moving, collaborative, and innovative environments.Job ResponsibilitiesThe responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Accurately entering crude oil purchase/sale transactions into the Contract SystemGenerate crude oil purchase/sale contracts to be sent to third partiesReview and confirm the commercial terms of physical trades with third partiesCompare third party contracts and broker recap details to internal deal recapsIdentify and investigate any discrepancies discovered upon contract reviewAdhere to, and understand Risk Control corporate guidelines for contract timelinesGenerate contract exception reports for Risk ManagementLog, track, and maintain all contract correspondenceSkillsExcellent verbal and written communication skills; must be able to communicate effectively with Counterparties, Traders, Risk Management and Legal departmentExcellent organizational skillsDetail oriented (Accuracy is key)Ability to work in a fast-paced environmentAbility to work effectively in a team situation and make good judgments regarding priorities with limited close supervisionKnowledge and understanding of contract terms; experience in energy industry contract administration desiredKnowledge of various computer programs, such as Microsoft Word and Excel.#PlainsRequirementsBBA or BS degree Relocation assistance is not available for this position.
