Showroom Manager

Responsibilities Actively lead day-to-day showroom operations, collaborating with the Senior Showroom Manager and Showroom Operations Manager to focus on showroom displays, the clearance center, revenue growth, margin enhancement, budget targets, and process improvement. Maintain and develop the team, including hiring, mentoring, training, scheduling, goal setting, and performance development. Supervise daily showroom traffic, managing a wide range of customers to sell lighting, appliances, and high‑end fixtures. Handle the budget process, review and manage expenses. Assist customers by appointment and walk‑in, building and maintaining relationships with suppliers and addressing customer complaints. Represent Ferguson locally by attending industry events and meetings. Qualifications Minimum 2years of prior sales leadership experience, alongside sales and customer service experience. Proven track record of building and implementing process improvements and efficiencies. Ability to initiate and embrace change, mentor others, and train team members. Strong cross‑department collaboration, time and people management skills. Outstanding communication skills—verbal, written, and interpersonal. Excellent listening ability to address problems, anticipate issues, and make effective decisions. Experience in plumbing fixtures, lighting, and/or appliance retail sales is desirable. Capacity to serve a diverse customer base with varying product knowledge levels. Benefits and Compensation Base salary: $4,537.80–$9,982.50 per month (or hourly, depending on role). Eligible for bonus or incentive plan. Company matches 401(k).
