Shift & Schedule: Day Shift | 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM | Monday – Friday | 5×8 Hours | 40 Hours/Week | No Weekends | No On-Call

Pay Rate: $36 - $40/hr

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced LVN/LPN to provide nursing care and clinical support in an outpatient clinic setting.

Required Qualifications

• Active California LVN/LPN license required at the time of submission.

• BLS certification required.

• Minimum 2 years of outpatient clinic experience.

• Urology or Women’s Health experience strongly preferred.

• EPIC experience required.

• Flu vaccine required; no exemptions or declinations accepted.

• Ability to float as required.

• No pending license accepted.

• Ability to work the assigned schedule.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care and clinical support in an outpatient clinic setting.

• Assist with urology and women’s health procedures and examinations.

• Perform and assist with urodynamics, PTNS, cystoscopies, urethral dilation, and pelvic examinations.

• Perform catheter placement and related patient-care procedures.

• Monitor and document patient information, procedures, and clinical findings accurately in EPIC.

• Communicate effectively with patients, physicians, nurses, and other healthcare team members.

• Follow clinical, safety, infection-control, and compliance standards.

• Float to other appropriate areas as required by the facility.
