Work safely around equipment and coworkers. Participate in training and learn about Dixon products. Perform daily maintenance activities. Demonstrate flexibility with rotating assignments. Work as part of a team. What We’re Looking For: High School Diploma or equivalent required. 2‑5+ years of CNC experience is preferred. Experience as a CNC Mill or Lathe Operator is preferred. Previous experience in a manufacturing or machine shop environment is required. Mechanical aptitude. Ability to use measuring tools and read blueprints. Ability to use shop mathematics. Ability to stand for 8 hours. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds over the course of a shift. Willingness to learn new things and be part of a team. Great attitude and attendance.
